LAYOUT AUTOMATIONCAD DEVELOPMENT

FIELD layout robot

A layout-printing robot under development. This H3 CAD model explores a guarded, side-offset printhead and a compact body with large wheels. Printheads and some electronics are shown as dimensional placeholders. Hardware fit, printing performance and site accuracy still need verification.

FOAM FABRICATIONFRAME DEVELOPMENT

CNC hotwire frame

An existing frame design being developed into a foam-cutting CNC machine. Motors, cutting wire and controls still need to be incorporated and verified.

FOUNDATION MEASUREMENTCAD DEVELOPMENT MODEL

Foundation AIR

A survey drone being developed to map and check foundation pads. These views come from the saved R5 assembly, with the downward camera, electronics supports and manual-control receiver mount.

Some electronics are shown as their dimensional envelopes. Wiring, physical fit, flight and measurement performance still need verification.
